I've had enough of fast slides, falling down, and being jumped on. This may be Avery's cup of tea but it's not mine...yet.
Thank goodness I'm OK. You should have seen my face on the way down...totally terrified.

Mimi and Avery at Bigz Burger Joint. This is currently Avery's favorite shirt, a gift from Mimi and Papa. Mimi knows Avery loves lizards and snakes and that his old "favorite shirt", a lizard shirt, was getting a little too small. Thank goodness for Mimi's watchful eye and thoughtfulness. Otherwise, I'm not sure how long Avery would have insisted on wearing his old 2T lizard shirt.
Amelia and Mimi at Bigz Burger Joint. Amelia is enjoying a fruity drink, which must be very good since she is not sitting on Mimi's lap due to a certain attachment she developed for Mimi during her stay.
It's so rare for Avery and Amelia to ever hold hands. However, yesterday sibling love was in the air because Amelia wanted to hold Avery's hand and Avery willingly held onto hers....a definite picture moment at the Dieckman household.
Avery loves to climb anything, especially, trees and rocks. We have a little canyon located somewhat close to our house and this is a favorite spot and climb when we have free time. Amelia on the other hand would rather pick berries and stay close to her Mimi.
The big day has arrived...the pool is open! The kids are ready for the water and sunny weather in San Antonio.
